Book: The Magic

Author: Rhonda Byrne

Price: 399

Publisher: Simon & Schuster India (2012)

ISBN: 978-1-84983-839-9

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you .Yesterday, I got the book ordered through flipkart. It was a simple page-turner. The book is mainly for people who had read neither The Secret nor The Power. The author uses the law of attraction to bring back our old childhood back in our current scenario involving responsibilities, problems and difficulties.

The real book starts at page no.28. It involves a set of 28 practices needed to be followed for 28 days without lagging. Like her earlier books, she uses science to unite it with religion. Rhonda adds gratitude to a passage from the Gospel of Matthew in Holy Scriptures. She is totally grateful to everyone in the universe. She uses the inspiration of Einstein, Buddha, Walt Disney, Newton and Many more.

Though the practices were known, but it was deeply not used thereby completely buried. The author asks everyone to do the practice at least once in a day. She uses the gratitude in great effect starting from Day 1 of Count your blessing to Day 28 of Remember the Magic.

If our Team India had used this magic word, “Thank you” they would won many accolades rather than rifting in the team. The essence of this book is same as that of her previous books ‘The Secret’ and ‘The Power’. The black and white pictures in the book that was printed was not that much clearer than in earlier books. If you had read The Secret, The Power, then you could predict The Magic very easily. This book is a revelation for a newbie with use of both love and gratitude. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for reading this review.
